• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) means any content, including but not limited to text, images, or other materials, that You create, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service.
• Subscription refers to a recurring payment plan that grants You access to specific features or levels of the Service.
• Credits refer to a form of virtual token or unit purchased by You to access or use specific features of the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, You may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to Your breach of these Terms.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that You hold in Your User-Generated Content.

When You create, upload, post, send, receive, or store UGC to or through the Service, You grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such UGC.

You are solely responsible for Your UGC and the consequences of posting, publishing, or sharing it.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be available only through the purchase of Credits or a Subscription.

Credits

Credits may be purchased in packs and can be used to access specific features as described at the point of purchase. Credits do not have an expiration date. All purchases of Credits are final.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are typically offered on a monthly billing cycle. Your Subscription will automatically renew each month unless You cancel it prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel Your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, functionality, and all underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
